2 pork chops 2 T oil to brown 1 t dijon mustard 1 T balsamic vinegar 2 T brown sugar 1 T worchestshire sauce 1 t garlic powder 1/2 cup water Stir together all ingredients, except oil and meat. Brown meat in oil. Pour sauce over meat in skillet. Reduce heat and cover and cook. Remove meat and reduce sauce. I like to double sauce recipe. Serve with mashed potatoes.
